RAYTM S DESIGN
The RAYTM-S cabinets are made of stainless steel throughout. Only
the heating plates are made of anodized aluminium to obtain optimal heat
transfer by means of radiation.
The RAYTM-S cabinets are designed as cylindrical vessels with
special attention to the demand for full steam sterilization (SIP) and cleaning
in place (CIP).
