GEA Process Engineering Division (P-Division) of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,

Association with Niro A/S, Denmark :
- 1950 : Indian Representative
- 1964 : Technical Collaboration
- 1992 : Joint Venture Company company formed between Larsen & Toubro
Limited and Niro A/S, Denmark
- 2005 : L&T exits & sells its equity stake to Niro A/S along with
simultaneous transfer of Dairy Business. A new company GEA Process
Engineering (India) Private Limited is formed to handle the
businesses of L&T-Niro Limited and Food Division (Dairy) of Larsen
& Toubro Limited.
