GEA Process Engineering (India) Private Limited has successfully commissioned the Dumex India plant on 15th March 2007 for 200,000 LPD Dairy and 20 Tons per day Baby Food Powder Plant with Conveying, Blending and Packing system. This project is located at Jagraon, Ludhiana in India.
This is another landmark of on a single window total solution basis. This opens opportunities in the Indian domestic markets, to bring in global standards through our knowhow and engineering capabilities. This project is also a benchmark dairy plant in India in terms of technology, automation, environmentally friendly systems and safety standards etc.
This turnkey project on Engineering, Procurement and construction (EPC) basis involves complete cycle of the dairy processing, including very high hygiene standards (the product being baby food) with the latest state-of -the-art technology and equipment to meet the stringent quality norms. The scope of activities start right from milk handling at the farm level - bulk milk cooler, road milk tankers, upto final product packing and its handling equipment.
