Rewet agglomerator : GEA Process Engineering (India)
Limited supplies the Rewet agglomerator to produce coarse instant,
free-flowing and dustless products. Agglomeration is the required process to
obtain fine sized powders or powder mixes as instant, free-flowing and
dust-less consumer products (with fixed micro-composition). The Rewet
agglomeration process involves dispersion of fine powder in air, followed
by mixing the powder with small droplets of liquid to form loose agglomerates
with point-to-point contact. The handling of material during the agglomeration
process, is administered according to the desired properties of the final
product. The agglomerates are dried, cooled and screened and fines and milled
oversize material are recycled.
Vibro Fludizer® :
The Niro VIBRO-FLUIDIZER® is a vibrating fluid bed of the plug flow type.
It is often associated with a spray drying system to produce agglomerated
instant powder or act as a powder conditioning plant for special coating
operations.
