We cover the following areas of liquid milk handling
& processing:
MILK COLLECTION:
CAN MILK RECEPTION:
- The milk cans are unloaded from trucks to a can conveyor
and unloaded into a bowl for weighing.
- The empty cans are washed and loaded into the trucks.
- After weighing the milk is unloaded from bowl to
the Dump tank and is then chilled and stored in raw milk silos.
TANKER MILK RECEPTION:
- Milk is unloaded from trucks through a tanker reception
line.
- After quality checks, the milk is cooled to 4 Deg C and then
stored in raw milk silos with alcove and mechanical agitation.
- Empty tankers undergo CIP operation fully or partially depending on
the requirement.
MILK PASTEURISATION, SEPARATION AND STANDARDIZATION
AND CREAM PASTEURISATION
- Milk processing lines consist of milk
pasteurization, cream separation and cream processing sections.
- Separated fat is then standardized with skim milk for
making different products like Icecream, Yoghurt, Cheese,
Casein, Sweetened condensed milk etc. as per the process requirement.
