GEA Process Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd to build India’s Largest HDPE Fluid Bed Dryer for Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for their Panipat Naptha Cracker Project.

After having supplied over 200 Spray Drying plants, with this project GEA India will be the only company in India to build plant of such Magnitude. In the past we have supplied 24 TPH HDPE dryer at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL is now Reliance Industries Ltd-RIL)

The 42 TPH HDPE Niro Contact FluidizerTM dryer shall be based on the design and know-how from GEA - Niro A/S, Denmark.

GEA Process Engineering (India) Private Limited has successfully commissioned the Dumex India plant on 15th March 2007 for 200,000 LPD Dairy and 20 Tons per day Baby Food Powder Plant with Conveying, Blending and Packing system. This project is located at Jagraon, Ludhiana in India.

This turnkey project on Engineering, Procurement and construction (EPC) basis involves complete cycle of the dairy processing, including very high hygiene standards. The scope of activities start right from milk handling at the farm level - bulk milk cooler, road milk tankers, upto final product packing and its handling equipment.
